| 摘 要： | 目的：为了探讨ＥＢＵ夫在膜蛋白－１（ＬＭＰ－１）和白介素６（ＩＬ－６）与鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）的关系。方法：应用原位杂交免疫组化技术对４１例ＮＰＣ中的ＬＭＰ－１和ＩＬ－６进行检测，结果：２例鳞癌，１９例低分化鳞癌，６例未分化癌和１０例泡头核细胞癌ＬＭＰ－１阳性，在４１例鼻咽癌中有３８例ＩＬ－６阳性２１例。结论：ＬＭＰ－１和ＩＬ－６与ＮＰＣ发生发展有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of EB virus latent membrane protein-1 (LMP-1) and interleukin - 6( IL - 6) and nasopharynral carcinoma( NPC). Methods: Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to detect LMP - 1 and IL - 6 in 41 cases of NPC. Results: LMP - 1 was found in 2 cases of keratinization squamous cell carcinoma, 19 cases of low differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, 6 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma and 10 cases of vesico - nuclear cell carcino-ma. 38 cases showed positive expression of IL - 6 among 41 cases NPC and 21 cases showed positive among 24 cases of carcinoma matched adjacent tissue. Conclusion: It is suggested that occurence and development of NPC are related with the expression of LMP -1 andIL-6. |
