C—erbB—2和增殖细胞核抗原在食管癌中的表达及相关性研究

目的：研究ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和ＰＣＮＡ表达与食管癌分级、浸润、转移和预后的关系。以及ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达与ＰＣＮＡ表达的相互关系。方法：应用微波－ＳＰ免疫组化法，检测６５例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和ＰＣＮＡ表达水平。结果：在食管癌中ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和ＰＣＮＡ表达阳性率分别为５０．８％和６９．２％。ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和ＰＣＮＡ表达均与肿瘤分级、浸润、淋巴结转移和预后相关。ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２ｘ表

A study on the association between the expression of C-erbB-2 and PCNA in esophageal carcinoma

Objective: To study the association between C-erbB-2 protein and PCNA expression in esophageal carcinoma and association between them and grade, infiltration, metastasis and prognosis. Methods: Microwave - SP immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of C-erbB - 2 protein and PCNA in 65 specimens of esophageal carcinoma. Results: The positive rates of C - erbB - 2 protein and PCNA was 50.8% and 62.9% repectively. The expression of C - erbB - 2 protein and PC-NA in squamous carcioma were correlated with tumor grade, infiltration, lymph node metastasis and prognosis. The expression of C - erbB-2 was positively correlated with the expression of PCNA.Conclusion: C - erbB- 2 protein and PCNA expression are impor-tant biological indexes of the degree of malignacy and prognosis. There might be regulated interaction between C - erbB- 2 protein and PCNA.
