PPF方案治疗晚期食管癌30例疗效观察

目的：探讨晚期食管癌应用ＰＰＦ方案治疗的疗效与毒副作用，方法：平阳霉素（ＰＹＭ）６０ｍｇ／ｍ＾２肌注第１、４、８、１１天，顺铂（ＰＤＤ）４０ｍｇ静滴第１～３天，５－氟脲嘧啶（５－Ｆｕ）５００ｍｇ／ｍ＾２静滴第１～５天，３周重复，结果：治疗组有效率６３．３％，对照组有效率３６．７％，疗效有显差异（ｘ＾２＝４．２７，Ｐ〈０．０５），主要毒副反应无显性差异。结论：ＰＰＦ方案对晚期食管癌有较好的疗效，毒副反应能耐受，可作为晚期食管癌的有效治疗方案，

Clinical observation on the treatment of 30 cases of advanced esophageal carcinoma with PPF chemotherapy

Objective:To study the effects and side effects of PPF regimen in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods :PYM 6mg/m2 was given by muscle infusion on day 1,4,8,11. 5 - Fu 500mg/m2 was given by intravenous infusion from day 1 to day PDD 5.40mg was given by intravenous infusion from day 1 to day 3. The therasy above recycled every 3 weeks. Re-sults : 30 cases were treated with PYM - PDD - 5 - Fu regimen with a response rate of 63.3 % . But 30 cases were treated with 5 - Fu - PDD regimen with a response rate of 36.7 % . There was significant difference between the two groups curative effects (?~(2) = 4.27, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in toxic reaction. Conclusions:PPF regimen can be regarded as an effective regimen for advanced esophageal cancer, and its toxicity is tolerable.
