| 摘 要： | 目的：研究ｂｃｌ－２及ＰＣＮＡ在大肠肿瘤肆生中的作用及其临床意义。方法：应用免疫组化Ｓ－Ｐ法分别检测大肠正常粘膜、腺瘤及腺癌中ｂｃ；－２及ＰＣＮＡ表达。结果：Ｂｃｌ－２在正常粘膜基底部上皮细胞表达，在腺瘤（７７．５％）和腺癌中（５６．３％）ｂｃｌ－２表达差异显（Ｐ〈０．０５）。高分化腺癌ｂｃｌ－２表达率（６８．４％）显高于差分化腺癌（４１．７％），ＰＣＮＡ表达在正常粘膜，腺瘤及腺癌中依次递增，

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the role of bcl- 2 and PCNA in colorectal tumorigenesis and their clinical significances. Meth-ods: The expression of bcl- 2 and PCNA were examined by immunohistochemistry S- P method in normal colonic mucosa, adeno-mas and adenocarcinomas. Results: Bcl - 2 was expressed in the basal epithelial cells in mucosa. Significant difference of bcl - 2 ex-pression was found between adenomas and adomocarcinomas (P < 0.05), Bcl ?2 expression of well differentiated carcinomas was sig-nificant higher than that of poorly differentiated carcinomas (p<0.05). PCNA protein expression rose stepwise in normal mucosa, adenomas and adenocarcinomas. PCNA expression was related to the poorly differentiation of adenocarcinomas(P < 0.01) . Conclu-sion: Bcl ?2 and PCNA expression play an important role in colorectal carcinogenesis. Examination of bcl-2 and PCNA could assist in the early diagnosis and evaluating prognosis of colorectal carcinomas |
