| 摘 要： | 以石蜡切片单克隆抗体ＯＫＴ９检测食管鳞癌细胞转铁球蛋白受体（ＴＦＲ）的表达。结果显示食管鳞癌细胞ＴＦＲ阳性率为７０．１％。探讨了标本固定、熔蜡温度等因素与ＴＦＲ免疫原性的关系。应用该方法检测ＴＦＲ表达具有可行性。

| Abstract: | The transferrin receptors(TFR) of esophageal squamous carcinoma were tested by monoclonal antibody OKT9 on paraffin sections. The TFR staining positive rate was 70.1%in the carcinoma group. In this paper,the effects of some factors on the TFR immunogenity were discussed,and the results suggest that it may be feasible to test the TFR of esophageal squamous carcinoma with this method. |
