| 摘 要： | 目的观察老年肱骨近端骨折的保守治疗效果,提高临床治疗水平。方法回顾性分析我院自2009年1月至12月收治的352例老年肱骨近端骨折患者的临床资料,其中297例患者采用夹板、外固定架进行固定,55例患者采用手术方法治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组日常生活评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。保守治疗组与手术治疗组优良率比较差异不大(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论临床治疗方法的选择应根据具体骨折类型进行选择。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate proximal humeral fractures in elderly conservative treatment.Methods Retrospectively analysis 352 elderly patients treated by proximal humeral fractures with clinical data of 297 patients were treated with splints,external fixation to fixation,55 patients with surgical treatment,observation and comparison Two groups of treatment.Results Comparison of daily living scores were significantly different(P<0.01),with statistical significance.Conservative treatment group and the surgical treatment group difference between excellent and good rate is not(P>0.05),not statistically significant.Conclusion Clinical surgery methods should be selected according to specific types of fractures. |
