急诊手外伤围手术期抗菌药物使用614例的调查与分析

目的评价我院急诊手外伤围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的合理性。方法对我院2010年5月急诊手外科614例围手术期病历进行回顾性研究。结果抗菌药物预防使用率为83.06%,存在药物选择不当(49.02%),预防给药时机不当(4.23%),用药疗程偏长(59.45%),无理论依据更换药品(0.49%)等方面问题。结论抗菌药物的不合理用药现象较为普遍,应进一步规范围手术期抗菌药物的使用,加强与医师的沟通,提高预防性抗菌药物的合理使用水平。

Objective Evaluation on the rationality of preventive use of antibacterials in perioperative period of emergency hand trauma in our hospital.Methods Retrospective studies on 614 cases of perioperative period of emergency hand trauma in our hospital in May 2010 were performed.Results The preventive usage rate of antibacterials is 83.06%.Conclusion standardization of criteria and guidelines on antibacterials use in perioperative period should be strengthened,enhancing communication with doctors,for improving the level of rationalization of preventive antibacterials use.
