| 摘 要： | 探讨体外循环在胸外科手术中的应用现状和进展。随着体外循环技术的不断发展,ECC不仅广泛用于心脏大血管手术,也可应用于胸外科的气管肿瘤切除、纵隔巨大肿瘤、肺癌食道癌等手术中,使过去单纯胸外科无法切除的部分肺癌、食道癌和气管肿瘤的手术切除得以实现。不但保证了麻醉和手术的安全,明显提高手术的成功率,而且使患者获得了长期生存和良好的生活质量。
