肺动脉成形重建术治疗中心型肺癌的研究进展

肺动脉成形重建术是肺外科十分有用的手术技巧，应用得当可提高手术的安全性，避免血管意外，减少全肺切除及开胸探查，保证肺叶切除及支气管成形术的成功。目前外科治疗肺癌的5年生存率为20．8％-31．0％，明显优于其它治疗手段。但是外科治疗中经常遇到病变侵及肺动脉，不得不扩大肺叶切除范围，或被迫终止手术的情况。肺动脉成形重建术符合最大限度地切除肿瘤和最大限度地保留肺组织的原则，扩大了肺癌手术适应症，使一些中心型肺癌患者获得了与一侧肺全切同样的手术效果，术后生活质量大大提高，同时给一部分因肺功能受限不能耐受肺全切的患者增加了手术机会。本文就肺动脉成形重建术目前在肺癌中的研究进展作一综述。
