| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase（iNOS） in lung cancer and its clinical significances.Methods Expression of iNOS in 16 samples of lung cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression of iNOS was correlated with part of the biological characteristics of lung cancer（P0.05）.The positive expression rate of iNOS was 62.5%（10/16） in lung cancer,75%（6/8） in lung adenocarcinoma,and 50%（4/8） in lung squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusion The high expression of iNOS in lung cancer tissues may be correalted with the occurrence and development of lung cancer. |
