拉米夫定与苦参碱单用及联用治疗儿童乙肝效果观察

目的观察拉米夫定与苦参碱联用治疗儿童慢性乙肝的临床疗效。方法 200例乙型肝炎患儿,随机分为常规治疗组（A组）、拉米夫定组（B组）、苦参碱组（C组）、拉米夫定和苦参碱联用组（D组）,分别给予相应药物治疗6个月,比较治疗后血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）水平、HBeAg和HBVDNA阴转率的差异。结果在降低血清ALT水平、HBeAg和HBV DNA阴转率方面,拉米夫定和（或）苦参碱组均显著优于常规治疗组（P〈0.05）,而且拉米夫定和苦参碱联用组显著优于各单药组（P〈0.05）。结论拉米夫定、苦参碱均能改善慢性乙肝患儿的肝功能,提高HBeAg和HBV DNA阴转率,二者联用有协同增效作用。

Effect of Lamivudine Combined with Matrine on Treating Children with Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To observe the effect of Lamivudine combined with Matrine in the treatment of children with chronic hepatitis B.Methods Two hundred children with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into control group,Lamivudine and（or）Matrine treated group.Children in different groups were treated with corresponding therapy for 6 months.Serum alanine transaminase（ALT）concentration,HBeAg and HBV DNA negative rate were compared after intervention.Results Compared with control group,serum alanine transaminase（ALT）concentration,HBeAg and HBV DNA negative rate were all improved in Lamivudine and（or）Matrine treated group.Moreover,the effect of Lamivudine combined with Matrine was better than that of single therapy.Conclusion Lamivudine and（or） matrine treatment can significantly decrease serum ALT concentration as well as enhance HBeAg and HBV DNA negative rate.The combination of Lamivudine and Matrine is effective on treating children with chronic hepatitis B in a synergistic manner.
