| 摘 要： | 目的观察对急性创伤患者进行简易分型及分级护理的工作效果。方法将急性创伤患者简易分为重型、中型、轻型损伤三类,分别实行一、二、三级护理。结果通过回顾性分析,与上年度比较,在急诊室或转运途中死亡例数及医疗纠纷发生例数均明显减少(P<0.05)。结论急诊分级护理方法,可明显提高急性创伤救治成功率及减少医疗纠纷的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective Observe the effect of performing simple classification and grades of nursing for the Patient with acute trauma.Methods The patients with acute trauma were divided simply into heavy,Medium and light damage.For that we can carry out the First-level,the second-level and the third-level nursing.Results Through review analysis,comparied it with last year,the death cases in the emergency department or on the way of transporting,and also the medical malpractice cut down obviously,(P<0.05).Conclusion Perform different grades of nursing can improve the percent of curing the Patients with acute trauma successfully.It also decreases the number of the medical malpractice. |
