Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression of CD45RA and CD45RO in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with allergic rhinitis(AR)and their correlation with pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.METHODS Double-label immunofluorescence procedures and flow cytometry were used for detecting the expression of CD45RA and CD45RO in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of 30 AR patients.RESULTS①CD3+,CD3+CD8+ cells were decreased in AR patients compared with that in normal subjects,but there were no significant difference(P0.05);② CD4+ peripheral blood mononuclear cells in AR patients were significantly lower than that in normal control(P0.001);③The ratio of CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+ in AR patients was lower than that in normal control(P0.001);④CD45RA+ cells in AR patients was significantly lower than that in normal control(P0.001) and CD45RO+ cells in AR patients were significantly higher than that in normal control(P0.001);⑤The ratio of CD45RO+/CD45RA+ in AR patients was higher than that in normal control(P0.001);⑥ CD4+CD45RA+ cells in AR patients was significantly lower than that in normal control(P0.001);⑦CD4+CD45RO+ cells and CD8+CD45RO+ cells in AR patients were higher than those in normal control(P0.001);⑧The ratio of CD4+CD45RO+/CD4+CD45RA+ cells and CD8+CD45RO+/CD8+CD45RA+in AR patients were all significantly higher than that in normal controls(P0.01,P0.001).CONCLUSION The results indicate that T-cell subsets in AR patients exist abnormalities,which results in the disturbance of body immune function and lead to AR exacerbation.
