| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声多因素诊断前列腺癌的价值.方法应用超声观测前列腺癌组、前列腺增生组及对照组前列腺外腺连续性、左右侧半前列腺体积差及前列腺血流参数Vs、RI等多因素.结果超声多因素诊断前列腺癌符合率90.91%、敏感性76.92%、特异性97.37%.结论外腺连续性部分甚至完全中断,左右侧半前列腺体积差大于3.0cm3;Vs>25cm/s;RI<0.60符合上述条件2项或2项以上者可诊断为前列腺癌.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of ultrasonic multifactor on prostatic cancer.Methods Using ultrasound, the continuity of outside gland of prostate gland,the balance between left and right semi-prostate gland volume (V),and the blood flow parameter:(Vs,RI) were measured in three groups:the prostatic cancer group,the prostatauxe group and the normal control group.Results The coincidence rate of diagnosis with ultrasonic multifactor was 90.91%,the susceptibility was 76.92%,the specificity was 97.37%.Conclusion When 2 or more than 2 of the following conditions are present continuity of outside gland of prostate gland being broken off,the V>3.0cm 3,the Vs>25cm/s,and the RI<0.60,it can be diagnosed as prostatic cancer. |
