西酞普兰与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑症对照研究

目的探讨西酞普兰治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床效果和安全性。方法将62例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为西酞普兰组30例和阿普唑仑组32例。西酞普兰组治疗剂量20～40mg/d,阿普唑仑组为1.2～3.6mg/d,观察时间均为8周。治疗前与治疗第1、2、4、8周末采用汉密顿焦虑量表、焦虑自评量表、副反应量表评定临床疗效和副反应。结果两组疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);阿普唑仑组起效时间快于西酞普兰组,但远期疗效差于西酞普兰组;西酞普兰组副反应明显少于阿普唑仑组(P<0.05)。结论西酞普兰治疗广泛性焦虑疗效肯定,安全性高,依从性好。

The treatment of generalized anxiety disorders: citalopram vs. alprazolam

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of citalopram in treatment of generalized anxiety disor- ders.Methods 62 patients with generalized anxiety disorders were randomly allocated to citaiopram group (30 cas- es) and alprazolam group (32 cases).The dose in citalopram group was 2040mg/d,and the dose in alprazolam group was 1.23.6mg/d.The observation time lasted for 8 weeks.Before and at the ends of the first,second,fourth and eighth weeks after treatment,the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA),self-rating anxiety scales (SAS) and treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) were used to assess the clinical efficacy and adverse effects.Results In comparison of the clinical efficacy between these two groups,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0. 05);alprazolam needed less time of action than citalopram,but long-term efficacy was worse than citalopram;in citalopram group,the incidence of adverse effects was less than alprazolam group (P<0.05).Conclusion Citalopram is effective and safe for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorders and patients have good compliance.
