窒息新生儿活化血小板的检测及临床意义

目的 了解窒息新生儿血小板活化状态，以探讨其临床意义。方法 采用流式细胞仪检测窒息新生儿外周血血小板膜上CD62P，CD63的含量并进行分组对照比较。结果 窒息新生儿及HIE组患儿血小板CD62P，CD63的含量均较正常对照组明显增高，HIE组测定值高于窒息组。结论 新生儿窒息后可导致血小板活化，且血小板活化强度与病情严重程度一致，故监测这些指标有利于判断是否存在亚临床DIC，以指导临床治疗。

Detection of activation platelets in patients with asphyxia neonatorum

Objective To research the levels of the activation platelets in asphyxia neonatorum patients and its significance.Methods Flow Cytometry(FCM)was used to measure the platelet CD62P and CD63 values in asphyxia neonatorum patients and normal control group.Results The CD62P CD63 yalues on platelet membrane surface in asphyxia neonatorum and HIE patients ere higher than those of the normal control group( P <0.01).Conclusion The occurrence of asphyxia neonatorum is highly related with the activation of the platelets,therefore,the detection of CD62P and CD63 values on platelet membrane surface may become a diagnostic indicator of asphyxia neonatorum,and favorable to the diagnosis of sub clinical DIC.
