胃肠道间质瘤CT表现与肿瘤危险程度的相关性评价

目的 探讨胃肠道间质瘤CT表现以及与肿瘤危险程度的相关性。方法 回顾性分析53例经手术病理证实的胃肠道间质瘤CT表现并与肿瘤危险程度分级进行对照。结果 极低危险组4例,低度危险组18例,中度危险组17例,高度危险组14例。性别、年龄与肿瘤的危险程度无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。肿瘤的大小、边界、密度、强化方式及有无转移灶与肿瘤的危险程度有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而肿瘤的生长部位、生长方式及与胃肠道是否相通与危险程度无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 胃肠道间质瘤CT表现具有一定的特征性,肿瘤的大小、边界、密度、强化方式及有无转移可以判断肿瘤的危险程度,对指导临床治疗及预后评估均有重要意义。

The correlation study of CT features and degrees of mallignancy of gastrointestinal stromal tumors

Objective To discuss the relationship between CT features and degrees of mallignancy of gastrointestinal stromal tumors （GIST）. Methods The 53 cases of GIST comfirmed by pathology were tetrospectively studied and compared with different risk of pathologic findings by analyzing the CT features of GIST. Results All 53 cases of GIST included 4 very low risk, 18 low risk, 14 intermediated risk and 12 high risk cases. Gender and ages among tumor risk degrees were no statistical significance. Lesion size, boundary, density, strengthening modes, whether metastases in GIST among different risk groups were statistically different. Growth pattern, location, whether intercommunicated with gastrointestinal tract in GIST among different risk groups were no statistically different. Conclusion CT imaging manifestations of gastrointestinal stromal tumors were found with certain characteristics. Lesion size, boundary, density, strengthening modes, whether metastases in GIST could judge the degrees of mallignancy, which can guide the clinical treatment and prognosis assessment.
