| 摘 要： | 目的探讨数字化X线摄影与磁共振成像（magnetic resonance imaging,MRI）在乳腺导管原位癌（ductal carcinoma in situ,DCIS）诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析39例经手术及病理检查证实为DCIS患者的X线及MRI影像学资料。结果 39例中X线摄影诊断正确28例（71.8%）,MRI诊断正确32例（82.0%）。X线摄影结合MRI诊断正确36例（92.3%）。结论 X线摄影与MRI对DCIS的诊断具有重要作用,两者联合应用可提高其诊断准确率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of digital mammography and magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）in ductal carcinoma in situ（DCIS）.Methods The digital mammography and MRI features of 39 cases with histologically DCIS were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 39 patients,28cases were correctly diagnosed by the digital mammography（71.8%）,while,32 cases by the MRI（82.0%）and 36 cases by combined digital mammography and MRI（92.3%）.Conclusion Digital mammography and MRI play important roles in the diagnosis of DCIS,and the combination of the two methods can improve the diagnostic accuracy. |
