摘    要:目的观察应用改良一次性注射器空筒固定经口腔气管插管的应用效果。方法将40例经口腔气管插管病人随机分为观察组(新改良一次性注射器空筒固定)与对照组(采用传统法),比较两组病人插管后口腔舒适度、口腔黏膜及牙龈损伤、口腔分泌物等情况。结果观察组病人的舒适度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);口腔黏膜及牙龈损伤、口腔分泌物增加情况明显少于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论应用新改良一次性注射器空筒固定经口腔气管插管能最大限度减少病人口腔不适,同时提高气管插管固定的安全性。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of the improved method of using disposable syringe to fix the intratracheal intubation through mouth. Method Forty patients with intratracheal intubation through mouth were divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the observation group were fixed with the improved method (using disposable syringe) and patients in the control group were fixed with traditional method. The comfort degree, damage to oral mucosa and gum, and the increase of oral secretion of the patients were compared. Results The comfort feelings of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of patients in the control group (P < 0.05); the damage to oral mucosa and gum and the increase of oral secretion of the patients in the study group were significantly less than those of patients in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The improved method of using disposable syringe to fix the intratracheal intubation through mouth can alleviate the patients discomfort in mouth and enhance the safety of intratracheal intubation.
