血液流变学及血脂相关指标在中风诊断中的应用

目的进一步研究脑梗死及脑出血中风患者在血液流变学和血脂检测方面最有诊断意义的指标。方法在质量控制的条件下,对100例中风病人(其中脑梗死患者78例,脑出血患者22例)和30例正常人群作血液流变学和血脂相关指标分析。结果脑梗死和脑出血中风患者的血沉、血沉方程K值、总胆固醇、血清甘油三酯及低密度胆固醇与正常人群对照组相比有显著差异。此外,脑出血患者除上述5项指标外,尚有全血粘度(高切)、红细胞变形指数与正常人群对照组相比有显著差异。对比资料研究显示,脑梗死和脑出血中风患者的血浆粘度和红细胞变形指数存在显著性差异。结论 在脑梗死和脑出血病人中,血液流变学中血浆粘度和红细胞变形指数有助于这两类中风原因的分析和临床治疗。

The Application of Index Related to Hemorrheology and Blood Lipid in Stroke Diagnosis

Objective To investigate the difference of index which is most significant to clinical diagnosis related to hemorrheology and blood lipid.Methods We analyzed the index related to hemorrheology and blood lipid among 100 patients. 78 patients had cerebral infarction, 22 patients had cerebral hemorrhage and 30 normal persons as control. Results There were significant differences between stroke patients and normal persons in erythrocyte sedimentation, sedimentation equation K tite, total cholesterol, triglycerides, and low-density cholesterol. Besides, compared with normal persons, cerebral hemorrhage patient has significant difference in blood viscosity (high cutting) and red cell deformed exponent. Data showed that there were significant differences in plasm viscosity, red cell deformed exponent between cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage patients. Conclusions The index of plasm viscosity and red cell deformed exponent contribute to analyzing two types of stroke and clinical treat-ment.
