| Abstract: | The system of attending physician in charge has become a hot spot in the reform and practice on the domestic hospital management in recent years.Taking a military central hospital as an example,the author expounded the specific ways,preliminary effectiveness and drawbacks of the system.And four improvement measures were proposed to promote the development of the system of attending physician in charge. |
