| 摘 要： | 对６０例甲型肝炎患者血清抗甲型肝炎病毒（ＨＡＶ）ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＡ及总抗体从发病起进行了１年动态观测，并以病程、病情不同分组观察分析。发现病程、病情不同患者抗－ＨＡＶ－ＩｇＡ滴度变化不同，病程长、病情重者，该抗体下降缓慢，持续阳性时间稍长。

| Abstract: | A series of IgM, IgA and total anti-HAV levels were measured in 60 patients with hepatitis A from 1 or 2 weeks to 1 year after onset. They were divided into two groups according to clinical course of the disease. The result sugested that the more seriousness of the disease,the longer positive duration of IgA anti-HAV. |
