小鼠腹水型子宫颈癌U_(14)经比重梯度离心分离细胞群转移能力的比较

本文将在615小鼠腹腔保种传代的一株具有淋巴道和血道高转移能力的小鼠子宫颈癌U_(14)腹水瘤应用Ficoll和泛影葡胺配制之分层液2层比重梯度离心法分离出A、B两群癌细胞。A、B两群细胞及未经分离的细胞群均分别接种于BaLB/C近交系小鼠右腋部皮下。肺与淋巴结转移率:在12天处死之荷瘤鼠A、B两群细胞肺转移率分别为50％(4/8)和10％(1/10),17天处死鼠分别为90％(8/9)和40％(4/10)。12天处死鼠A、B两群细胞各组淋巴结转移阳性小鼠数和转移阳性淋巴结数全部为0。17天处死鼠A、B两群细胞各组淋巴结转移阳性小鼠数分别为22％和0％;转移阳性淋巴结数分别为3％和0％。认为A、B两群细胞转移率等方面的差别,是反映了亲代U_(14)腹水瘤在转移能力的异质性。

COMPARISION OF THE METASTASIS ABILITY OF THE CELL GROUPS SEPERATED FROM THE CARVICAL CARCINOMA OF THE MICE ASCITES TYPE BY WAY OF DENSITY GRADIENTS CENTRIFUGATION (ABSTRACT)

A strain of the mice cervical U_(14) ascites tumour, which had been keptfor descent in peritoneal cavity of 615-mice and was highly metastaticboth by way of lymphatic and blood vessel, was transplanted in theperitoneal cavity of BaLB/C mice for descent. The two seperatedlayer fluid consisting of Ficoll and Meglumine Composita was used toisolate two groups of tumor cells, A and B. The group A, group Band the unseperated group of cells were transplanted respectively inthe subcutis of the right axilla of BaLB/C inbred mice. The metastasisrate of the lung and the lymphatic nodes: The metastatic rate of thelung of the mice injected with group A and B cells on the 12th dayare 50% and 10% respectively, (4/8 and 1/10), while on the 17th day,the positive metastatic rate of the lung are 90% and 40% respectively.Both the number of mice with lymphatic node metastasis and the metasta-tic lymphatic nodes are 0 on 12th day, rate of lymphatic node metastasisinjected with group A and B cells are 22% and 0% respectively on 17thday, the rate of lymphatic nodes metastasis are 3% and 0% respecti-vely. Therefore, the difference of the metastasis rate and otherproperties of group A and B cells demonstrate the hetergeneity ofmatastatic potential in the parental U_(14) ascites tumor cells.
