| 摘 要： | 目的:观察肝脂片对大鼠脂肪肝形成的防治作用.方法:采用高脂饲料复制大鼠脂肪肝模型,同时分别给予不同剂量的肝脂片,以肝脏的脂质含量、脂变程度为衡量指标,观察其预防和治疗效果.结果:肝脂片能使脂肪肝大鼠的肝组织中总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)含量显著降低,SOD活力明显升高,MDA含量明显减少,肝细胞的脂变程度明显减轻.结论:肝脂片对大鼠脂肪肝的形成具有明显的预防作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the protective effect of Ganzhi tablet (GZT) on fatty liver in rats. Method: The animal models of fatty liver were duplicated with high fat diet. They received the different doses of GZT respectively. The preventing and treating results were observed by the content of lipid and agree of steatosis as the measuring indexes. Result: GZT could obviously declined the TC and TG contents in the hepatic tissues of rats, increased the SOD vigor, decreased the MDA content and the agree of steatosis. Conclusion : There is a obvious effect of GZT on the formation of fatty liver. |
