脑组织创伤后神经元及神经胶质细胞的超微结构变化

摘    要:目的:观察创伤脑组织神经元和神经胶质细胞超微结构改变,间接了解脑组织受损后恢复情况。方法:常规电镜样品包埋,选区,超薄切片,透射电镜观察。结果:多数神经元核不规则,核膜断续,核仁常伯位;线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂,粗面内质网扩张;糖原增多;神经胶质细胞核异染色质增多;线粒体空泡化,胶质丝密集成束,或排列成旋涡状。结论:损伤1小时之内的脑组织细胞有恢复的可能。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the alteration of the neuron and neuroglial cells from injured cerebal tissue under electron microscope and to explore the state of injured cerebal tissue indirectly.Methods:The specimens were embedded,the observing part identified,then cut them into ultrathin sections routinely.The slices were observed under transmission electron microscope.Results:The results showed that quit number of the nucleus of neuron were irregular,nuclear membrane was not successive,nucleolus usually deviated from center.Mitochondrias were swelling and the semicrista of mitochondria were broken.Rough endoplasmic reticulum expanded,glycogen were increased,the heterochromatin of nucleus in neuroglial cells were increased,mitochondrias changed like bubbles,glial filament become bunchy or arranged vortically.Conclusion:It is possible for the cerebal cells to be recovered within an hour in injured cerebal tissue.
