中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松临床疗效观察

目的观察淫羊藿浸膏片对老年骨质疏松患者的临床疗效。方法将96例老年骨质疏松患者随机分为治疗组50例,对照组46例。两组患者均予一般治疗,包括改善营养状况、补充钙剂与维生素D、鼓励患者加强运动等。对照组患者口服阿伦磷酸钠片,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加用本院自制的淫羊藿浸膏片。采用DXA测定两组患者治疗前后BMD与综合疗效并进行比较。结果治疗过程中,对照组脱落2例,治疗组脱落1例。治疗后两组BMD值分别为(0.74±0.124)g.cm-2、(0.80±0.115)g.cm-2,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后BMD值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组显效20例,有效15例,无效9例,总有效率79.5%;治疗组显效35例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率91.8%。两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论淫羊藿浸膏片结合阿伦磷酸钠片对老年骨质疏松患者综合疗效良好,能有效改善患者BMD值,且安全性良好。

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Senile Osteoporosis Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on senile osteoporosis treated with Epimedium Extract Tablets.Methods Ninety-six cases of senile osteoporosis were randomized into a treatment group（50 cases） and a control group（46 cases）.The conventional treatment such as improving nutrient state,supplementing calcium and vitamin D and encouraging the patients to enhance physical exercise in the two groups.In the control group,Alendronate Sodium Tablets were given for oral administration.In the treatment group,on the basis of treatment as the control group,the self-prepared Epimedium Extract Tablets was added.BMD and the comprehensive efficacy were detected by DXA and compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Results During the treatment,2 cases were dropped in the control group and 1 case was dropped in the treatment group.BMD were（0.74 ± 0.124） g.cm-2 and（0.80 ± 0.115） g.cm-2 after treatment,presenting the significant difference as compared with those before treatment（P 0.05）.The difference in BMD was significant between the two groups after treatment（P 0.05）.In the control group,20 cases were remarkably effective,15 cases effective and 9 cases failed;the total effective rate was 79.5%.In the treatment group,35 cases were remarkably effective,10 cases effective,4 cases failed;the total effective rate was 91.8%.The differences were significant between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Epimedium Extract Tablets combined with Alendronate Sodium Tablets achieves the satisfactory efficacy on senile osteoporosis,effectively improves BMD and presents the good safety.
