中西医结合治疗卵巢早衰的临床观察

目的观察女性宝胶囊辅以人工周期对卵巢早衰的治疗作用与远期效果。方法将382例卵巢早衰患者随机分为两组,各191例;治疗组服用乙烯雌酚、甲羟孕酮进行人工周期治疗的同时,服用女性宝胶囊治疗6个月;对照组服用乙烯雌酚、甲羟孕酮进行人工周期治疗的同时,服用六味地黄丸治疗6个月;观察两组治疗前后主要临床症状以及黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、血清雌二醇(E2)的变化情况,比较两组之间的差异。结果治疗结束后,两组临床症状改善情况、内分泌检查结果与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);安全性观察指标与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义。结论人工周期加女性宝胶囊治疗对卵巢功能早衰有显著的临床疗效,并有一定的远期效果,未见明显毒副作用。

Clinical Observation of Premature Ovarian Failure Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and long-term effect of Nvxingbao Capsules and artificial cycle treatment on premature ovarian failure（POF）.Methods Three hundred and eighty-two cases of POF were randomized into two groups,191 cases in each one.In the treatment group,Diethylstilbestrol and Medrysone were used in oral administration for artificial cycle treatment;and Nvxingbao Capsules were taken for 6 months.In the control group,Diethylstilbestrol and Medrysone were used in oral administration for artificial cycle treatment;and Liuwei Dihuang Wan were taken for 6 months.The main clinical symptoms and the changes in LH,FSH and E2 were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The results were compared between the two groups.Results The improvements in clinical symptoms and endocrinal examination results after treatment were different significantly as compared with those before treatment in the two groups（P 0.05）.The differences were significant after treatment between the two groups（P 0.01）.The difference in the total effective rate was significant in comparison between the two groups（P 0.05）.The differences in safety indexes were not significant as compared with those before treatment.Conclusion The artificial cycle and Nvxingbao Capsules treatment achieve significant clinical efficacy on POF and have certain long-term effect.The apparent toxic side effects have not been detected yet.
