补阳还五汤治疗缺血性结肠炎40例疗效观察

目的观察补阳还五汤对缺血性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将2011年6月～2013年3月于山西中医学院附属医院就诊的60例缺血性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组40例,对照组20例。对照组给予西医一般治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以补阳还五汤加减。观察两组治疗前后肠镜及症状变化等,并进行比较。结果两组患者肠镜治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后腹痛、腹泻、血便、纳差、乏力积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后组间比较,除纳差外,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);中医症状疗效与临床综合疗效评价比较,治疗组总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤结合西医疗法治疗缺血性结肠炎疗效肯定且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation of 40 Cases of Ischemic Colitis Treated with Buyang-Huanwu Decoction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on ischemic colitis treated with BuyangHuanwu Decoction.Methods Sixty cases of ischemic colitis treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2011 to March 2013 were randomized into a treatment group（40 cases） and a control group（20 cases）.In the control group,the general treatment with western medicine was used.In the treatment group,on the basis of treatment as the control group,the modifiedBuyangHuanwu Decoction was supplemented.The changes in examination by colonoscopy and symptoms were observed and compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The differences in the results of colonoscopy were significant before and after treatment in the patients of each group（P 0.05）.The results in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（P 0.05）.The scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea,bloody stools,anorexia and lassitude were different significantly before and after treatment in each group（P 0.05）.Except the score of anorexia,the results of the other symptoms in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group after treatment（P 0.05）.In comparison of the efficacy on the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the clinical assessment of systematic symptoms,the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The integrated therapeutic method of BuyangHuanwu Decoction and western medicine achieves the definite and safe efficacy on ischemic colitis.Hence,this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
