鼠血清胰岛素样生长因子水平改变与追赶生长的关系研究

摘    要:目的 探讨血清胰岛素样生长因子 (IGFs)水平改变与追赶生长的关系。 方法 钳夹孕鼠双侧子宫动、静脉 ,建立鼠 IU GR模型 ,观察鼠出生时及生后第 3、5天的生长参数、器官重量及血清 IGF- 、 水平。 结果  (1)出生时 IU GR鼠血清 IGF- 、 的水平及生长参数、器官重量均明显低于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 1)。 (2 )生后第 3天 ,低追赶生长鼠血清 IGF- 、 均明显低于对照组 (P均<0 .0 1) ;高追赶生长鼠血清 IGF- 与对照组差异无显著意义 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;IGF- 水平较对照组明显降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,显著高于出生时的水平 (P<0 .0 1)。(3)生后第 5天 ,IU GR鼠血清 IGF- 、 水平及生长参数、器官重量与对照组差异均无显著意义 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。 结论  IGF- 、 是追赶生长的重要调节因子 ,其水平的降低可能是 IUGR鼠生后缺乏追赶生长的内在原因之一。

Studies on Relationship of Serum Insulin-like Growth Factors and Catch-up Growth in Rats
Abstract:Objective To investigate relationship of serum insulin-likegrowth factors(IGFs) and catch-up growth. Methods The model of rats intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) was built by clamping bilateral uterine arteries and veins of pregnant rats. The growth parameters (body weight and length), organs weights (brain, lungs and liver) and serum concentrations of IGF-Ⅰ,-Ⅱ of all neonatal rats was measured at birth and postnatal day 3 and day 5, respectively. Results (1)At birth, the serum levels of IGF-Ⅰ,-Ⅱ and the average growth parameters, organs weights in IUGR rats were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).(2)On postnatal day 3, the serum IGF-Ⅰ,-Ⅱ levels in low catch-up growth were all significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.01). There was no difference on IGF-Ⅰbetween high catch-up and the control groups(P>0.05). The serum of IGF-Ⅱ in high catch-up group was significantly higher than that at birth(P<0.01), although still lower than that in control group(P<0.01). (3)On postnatal day 5, there was no difference on serum IGF-Ⅰ,-Ⅱ and growth parameters and organic weight between experimental and control groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Both IGF-Ⅰ,-Ⅱmay play an important role in the regulation of catch-up growth and the decrease of IGF-Ⅰ,-Ⅱlevels may be the internal factors contributing to the absence of postnatal catch-up growth in IUGR rats.
