| 摘 要： | 本文对荧光定量PCR原理进行了简要叙述 ,介绍了荧光定量基因检测系统的总体设计过程 ,该系统采用基因扩增技术与计算机技术相结合的方法 ,能实现对PCR扩增过程进行实时检测 ,并可对扩增过程中的数据进行实时采集、后期处理等操作。
