针刺对兔脑损伤后氧自由基反应的影响

摘    要:目的探讨针刺治疗对急性兔颅脑损伤(ACCI)后脑组织氧自由基反应的影响。方法48只家兔随机分为A组(正常对照组)、B组(假损伤组)、C组(损伤组)、D组(针刺治疗组),Feeney’s自由落体打击法建立ACCI动物模型,D组给予针刺治疗,检测A、B组脑组织含水量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和C、D组不同时间点上述指标的变化。结果A与B组各检测指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与A、B组比较,C、D组脑组织含水量和MDA含量在ACCI后3h即有显著性增加(P<0.01),且随时间延长递增,SOD活性则呈相反变化趋势;D组与C组各时点比较,上述指标变化均较轻。结论兔ACCI后脑组织自由基反应增强,针刺治疗可通过降低脑组织氧自由基反应从而减轻脑水肿。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of acupuncture on oxygen free radical reacton in rabbit brain tissues after acute craniocerebral injury (ACCI). Methods 48 rabbits were randomly divided into group A (normal control group ) , group B ( sham injured group) , group C (injured group) and group D (acupuncture treatment group ) . The model of ACCI was performed by free dropping weight . Animals in group D was treated by acupuncture after ACCI. Then the contents of brain water , malonyl-diadehyde (MDA) and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured. Results The indexes measured had no statistic difference between group A and B(P>0.05) ; Compared with group A and B , contents of brain water and MDA were significantly increased at 3 hours after ACCI (P<0.01) , and kept on ascending with time extended. SOD activity was remarkably decreased ; Compared with group C , the changes of above indexes of group D were slighter. Conclusions Oxygen free radical reaction in rabbit brain tissues was enhanced after ACCI. Acupuncture can alleviate brain edema by attenuating free radical reaction.
