磨牙折裂的金属烤瓷牙全冠修复（附48例分析）

目的：探讨磨牙纵折后保存治疗的适应症、治疗方法及其预后。方法：采用复位、带环外固定、双鸠尾洞型内固定的方法，对48颗折裂的磨牙进行金属烤瓷牙全冠修复。其中活髓牙17颗(35．4％)，无髓牙31颗(64．6％)．随访时间3年以上。结果：41颗牙使用正常,成功率85．4％。失败7颗牙，占14．6％。结论：随着材料与技术的发展，以前认为需要拔除的折裂牙经过完善的根管及牙周治疗并以全冠修复．绝大多数可以保存。

Procelain-fused-to-metal restoration of the full crown of fractured molar:Analysis of 48 cases

Objective:To discuss the indication of preservative treatment,cure and its prognosis after the molar's longitudinal fracture Methods:For more than three years of observation,Outer fixation via replacement and band,while inner fixation for dovetail form were adopted to conduct a procelain fused to metal restoration of the full crown of 48 fractured molar teeth.Of them 17(33 4%) were teeth of pulp vitality and 31(64 6%) teeth of pulp necrosis Results:41 remained normal use with a success rate of 85 4%,while 7 were failure,making up 14 6% Conclusion:With the development of meterials and technology,most fractured teeth which were held necessary to pull out can now be preserved by virtue of perfected combined periodonto endodontic therapy,plus restoration of full crown
