Abstract: | The author describes a method for the primary, direct closure of wide skin lesions, combining the lazy S, crown, and the H-advancement flap techniques. The lazy S edges of the flaps permit the satisfactory use of adjacent surrounding skin with good aesthetic results, when the flaps alone would otherwise be placed under too much strain. |
