从四诊资料探讨声带息肉与小结同血瘀的关系

本研究运用传统的四诊方法观察了48例声带息肉与小结患者出现瘀血证特有症状和体征的频率，并与40例正常人对照，结果表明病例组的瘀血证阳性率明显比正常组高，用积分法进行统计，发现瘀血证高积分同声带息肉与小结的颜色、外形的差异及病程的长短无关，文中探讨了这一结果出现的意义。

Relationship of Vocal Cord Polyps and Nodules to Blood Stasis from the Viewpoint of Four Traditional Methods of Physical Examination

With the four traditional methods of physical examination, frequency of symptoms and sings which had been confirmed relating to blood stasis syndrom were observed in 48 cases of vocal polyps and nodules,and 40 healthy people as control group, The result showed that the positive rate of symptoms and signs are higher in the case group than that in the control group. Statistical data indicated that the high scores of blood stasis syndrom are not only irrelevant to the colour and appearance of the vocal Polyps and nodules,but also the course of diseases. The significance of this results had been discussed in the paper.
