鼻骨骨折和上颌骨额突骨折

为了探讨鼻骨骨折与上颌骨额突骨折之间的关系和不同点，我们观察100例发现，鼻骨与上颌骨额突解剖关系紧密，可发生各自骨折，但常发生复合骨折。鼻骨骨折临床表现为鼻梁的下塌。上颌骨额突骨折则表现为鼻背的下陷，伴鼻通气不好。鼻骨骨折摄鼻骨侧位X线片仅是一种诊断方法，可同时结合CT及手骨擦感进行诊断。上颌骨额突骨折做CT可清晰显示。对于上颌骨额突骨折的病人。我们采用剥离子鼻腔抬起复位方法。有困难者做唇龈切口，直视下整复比较容易。

Nasal Bone Fracture and Fracture of Frontal Process of Maxilla

In order to study the relationship and difference of nasal bone fracture and fracture of frontal process of maxilla,we observed and analyzed these two Kinds of fractures in 100 cases. We find that nasal bone and frontal process of maxilla are anatomically close to each other. Thus compound fractures occur very commonly,but sometimes single fracture of either kind actually takes place. The difference is demonstrated by the clinical signs. In nasal bone fracture,there is a depression at the nose bridge,while in fracture of frontal process of maxilla,the depression is at the back of the nose,being accornpanied by poor nasal ventilation. Xray film can provide some reference in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture. Howerer,computerized tomography is considered more helpful in the diagnosis of both kinds of fractures. Fracture of frontal process of maxilla can be reduced by lifting the nasal cavity with a detacher. If the procedure is difficult,an incision between the lip and the gum would be preferable.
