滥用联邦止咳露成瘾患者成因分析与预防措施

目的探讨滥用联邦止咳露成瘾的成因、父母教养方式与预防措施。方法调查60例滥用联邦止咳露成瘾患者的成因、父母教养方式及系统干预措施治疗后的复食率。结果滥用联邦止咳露成瘾患者中成瘾原因主要是好奇心46．7％，寻求刺激30．0％；联邦止咳露成瘾患者躯体化、人际敏感、焦虑、抑郁和偏执因子分与常模组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）；父亲和母亲情感温暖与理解、过分干涉、拒绝与否认和父亲惩罚与严厉因子评分与常模比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）；社会支持总分、主观支持、客观支持和支持利用度均低于常模组（P〈0.05）。经过系统干预措施治疗后，半年的复食率为26．8％。结论滥用联邦止咳露成瘾患者存在某些心理问题，必须教育引导及注意父母教养方式，社会应该多支持，及时系统治疗有助于防止复食。

Causes, parental rearing patterns and preventive measures of addicts abusing compound codeine phosphate solution

Objective To explore the causes, parental rearing patterns and preventive measures of addicts abusing compound codeine phosphate solution（Anticol）. Methods Invetigations were conducted on the causes, parental rearing patterns and re-eating rate after system intervention in 60 Anticol addicts. Results Causes were mainly curiosity（46.7%） and seeking stimulus（30.0%）; somzatization, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression and paranoia scores in addicts had significant differences from norm（P〈0. 05） ;scores of parental emotional warmth ＆ understanding, over-interference, rejection ＆ denial and fathers＇ punishment ＆ firm control had significant differences from norm（P〈0. 05）; social support toatl, subjective, objective support and support availability scores were lower than norm（P〈0.05）. After system inetervention, re-eating rate of six months was 26.8%. Conclusion Anticol addicts have some psycho-problems, attention should be paid to education, guidance, parental rearing patterns and more social support, and timely system treatment makes for preventing ralapse.
