肿瘤患者生存质量的干预对策

目的 探讨提高住院肿瘤患者生存质量的干预措施,为临床康复护理提供依据.方法 将60例肿瘤患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例.研究组实施为期6 w的以健康信念模式教育、自我效能教育、音乐治疗及家庭治疗等形式的综合性心理干预,对照组则不实施该干预模式,仅给予支持性心理护理.6 w后,采用健康状况问卷(SF-36)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组肿瘤患者生活质量、心理健康水平进行评定.结果 干预后,研究组患者SF-36和SCL-90量表评分显著高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 综合性心理干预能有效地改善肿瘤患者生活质量,对其身心康复有着积极的促进作用.

The interment game on the life quality of cancers

Objective To research the method on recreasing the llfe quality of cancer, and suplying the basis for clinical rehabilitation. Methods 60 case of cancer inpatients were divided into study group and control group by random Study group were given the syntaxic psychological interment such as health model education , self-efficient education, music therapy and family education for 6 weeks, control group didn, t carry out , they were given the supportability psychologica nursing only, the effects were evaluated by SF-36 and SCL-90. Results The scores of all these scales were no different before study, but the study group was better than the control group. Conclusion The syntaxic psychological interment could improve the]fie quality of cancer, it had the activity effect for their body and mind health.
