外照射+腔内放疗治疗鼻咽癌原发灶复发

目的：观察外照射＋腔内放疗对鼻咽癌原发灶复发的治疗效果，分析可能影响结果的因素。方法：1988年12月至1994年1月，收治经根治性放疗后腔骨复发的鼻咽癌共73例，采用外照射＋腔内放疗。结果：总的5年生存率，无瘤生存率，局控率分别是20．7％，17．8％，41．1％。分析了治疗总剂量及外照射剂量对生存率的影响。结论：外照射＋腔内放疗对鼻咽癌腔内复发是一种有价值的方案。外照射＋腔内放疗总剂量不低于56GY，外照射应在42GY以上。

Treatment of Recurrent Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Localized in Cavity Using Combined External Beam Irradition With Intracavitary Radiotherapy

Objective: To evaluate the value of combined external beam irradiation with intracavitary radiotherapy for the treatment of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) and to analyze the probable affecting factors. Methods: From December 1988 to November 1994, 73 patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma having received radical radiotherapy previously were treated using combined external beam irradiation with intracavitary radiotherapy.Results: The five year survival rate, survival rate without tumor and local control rate were 20.7%, 17.8% and 41.1% respectively. The effects of total therapeutic dose and dose of external beam irradiation on survival rate were analyzed also. Conclusion: Our data showed external beam irradiation combined with intracavitary radiotherapy is a valuable method for the treatment of recurrent NPC localized in cavity. The total dose should be 56 Gy or above and the external beam irradiation dose should be no less than 42 Gy.
