兔坐骨神经实验性电损伤后形态学变化

摘    要:目的:观察在不同损伤电压情况下,神经轴突超微结构的变化。方法:在兔梨状肌以远分别用50,75,200V交流电损伤3cm坐骨神经,然后在1wk,2wk,1mo,3mo时切取神经组织标本在透射电镜下观察神经纤维超微结构变化。结果:50V损伤组2wk时形态改变轻微,1mo时神经结构恢复正常。75V损伤组2wk时神经纤维损伤程度加重,1mo时可见有新生纤维,3mo时变性纤维数目减少,新生纤维结构趋于成熟。

Abstract:AIM: The ultrastructure of sciatic nerve injured by electric current was observed under the electron microscopy. METHODS: The sciatic nerve was injured by 50 V, 75 V and 200 V alternating current. The ultrastructure of the neurites was observed under the transmission electron microscopy in 1 wk, 2 wk, 1 mo and 3 mo. RESULTS: In the 50V injury group, the morphological structure was destroyed mildly in 2 weeks, and restored to normal in 1 mo. In the 75 V injury group, the injury aggravated in 2 weeks, but the regenerative nerve fibers could be seen in 1 mo and the degenerative nerve fibers decreased. The regenerative nerve fibers became mature in 3 mo. In the 200 V injury group, the ultrastructure of nerve fibers was destroyed severely. There was thrombosis in the blood vessels. The content of collagen fibers that blocked the regenerative fibers increased. CONCLUSION: The destruction of ultrastructure of nerve fibers is positively correlated to the force of the electrical current: The higher the electrical current, the severely. The fibrosis aggravated and the regenerative nerve fibers were inhibited.
