颈前路减压植骨钢板内固定术治疗颈椎骨折围手术期护理

目的:探讨颈前路手术治疗颈椎骨折脱位的围手术期护理方法及效果。方法:总结本科自2006年～2008年12月收治的58例颈椎骨折脱位伴不同程度脊髓损伤,行颈前路减压植骨融合内固定术患者的围手术期护理,进行归纳总结及分析。结果:通过对我院58例患者术前、术后完善的护理,术后骨性完全愈合,伤口均1期愈合,手术后自理能力和肢体功能均得到不同程度恢复,无1例出现明显并发症。结论:颈椎前路植骨融合内固定术围手术期护理应重点做好术前的充分准备,术后保持颈椎稳定,各项生命指征的观察、监测以及并发症的预防。

Perioperative Nursing for Patients with Cervical Vertebral Fracture and Dislocation through Anterior Approach Operation

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of perioperative nursing for patients with cervical vertebral fracture and dislocation underwent anterior.approach:operation.Methods:Summarized 85 cases of cervical vertebral fracture and dislocation with different degree of spinal cord injury during 2006 to 2008、12,which all underwent anterior approach operation.Systematic nursing care were given perioperatively to all the patients,and the clinical effects were observed.Results :58 cases all obtained first stage wound healing,the ability and body function of the patients were obvious improved,no medical complications appeared.Conclusion:The systematic perioperative nursing is one of the important factors for the patients with cervical vertebral fracture and dislocation treated with anterior approach operation.Keep the cervical vertebral stendly ,prevesion for observe ,detection of bodysigns and complications.
