四物汤联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛性眩晕随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察四物汤联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛性眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将82例住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组41例氟桂利嗪，5mg／次，晚间口服。治疗组41例四物汤（川穹、白芷、当归各lOg，地龙6g）。l剂／d，水煎200mL，早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、疗效指标、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程（45d），判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈9例，显效14例，有效16例，无效2例，总有效率95．12％。对照组痊愈1例，显效4例，有效9例，无效27例，总有效率34．15％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）。疗效指标两组均有改善（P〈0．05），治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]四物汤联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛性眩晕效果显著，值得推广。

Siwu Decoction Combined Flunarizine in Treatment of Migraine Headache Dizziness Random Parallel Control Study

[ Objective ] To observe siwu decoction combined flunarizine curative effect on migraine vertigo. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 82 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. Control group 41 cases of flunarizine, 5 mg/time, evening oral. Treatment group （ 41 cases of siwu decoction （ Chuanqiong, Baizhi, Danggui each 10g, Dilong 6g ） . 1/d, boiling water 200 ml, oral sooner or later. Western medicine treatment with the control group. 15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, curative effect and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment （ 45d ）, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 9 cases in treatment group recovered, 14 cases were markedly effective, effective in 16 cases, 2 had no effect, the total effective rate was 95.12%. The control group recovered in 1 case, 4 cases were markedly effective, effective 9 cases, 27 had no effect, the total effective rate was 34.15%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.01 ） . Two groups of curative effect indexes have improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈：0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Siwu decoction combined flunarizine treatment of migraine vertigo effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
