| 摘 要： | 纵观近年来医学生在临床实习过程中普遍存在的临床医学知识不足、基本训练少、动手能力较差的情况,特针对外科实习中普遍存在的问题,正确运用自编实习手册,调整和改进考核内容,通过一系列量化考核的统计分析,加强和完善教师带教的对策。

| Abstract: | Making a general survey of the students in clinical practices in recent years,the prevailing situation is that the students are lack of clinical medical knowledge,not enough for basic training and less able to operate by themselves.We focused on the common existing problem in surgical practices by correctly using our self-compiled practice handbook,adjusting and improving the examination contents.We strengthened and improved our teaching methods and countermeasures through a series of quantitative assessment of statistical analysis. |
