滋阴药益智抗衰老作用及研究思路

通过对滋阴药文献回顾性研究和前瞻性探讨，认识到滋阴药益智作用机理按中医观点是补肾精，生髓，充脑，按现代医学观点是抑制下丘脑－垂体－肾上腺（HPA）轴功能亢进，恢复HPA轴的平衡。提出滋阴药益智抗脑衰老研究应将对HPA轴功能亢进的调节及相关神经递质，受体，内分泌及行为变化作为观察指标。

The Intelligence-improving and Anti-aging Function of Drugs for Nourishing Yin and the Study Concer ned

After a retrospective study of the documents and foreseeing exploration of drugs for nourishing yin,the author came to understand that,from the point view of TCM,its mechanism is to replenish kidney essence and produce marrow to benefit the brain.But from the point of view of western medicine,it is to inhibit hyperfunction of the HPA axis and restore its balance.In the study of these drugs,such indexes should be observed as the adjustment of hyperfunction of HPA axis,relevant nerve transmitters,receptor,endocrine and behavioral changes.
