摘    要:目的分析学生的职业信念与临床护理情感教育的关系,为促进护理队伍持续稳定发展寻找对策。方法将2006-2007届学生作为对照组,实施传统带教;2008-2009届学生作为试验组,加强护理专业情感教育、人格教育、心理扶正,通过自制"学生职业信念问卷调查表",对比两组干预后职业信念差别。结果干预后试验组职业信念得分高于对照组(P0.05)。干预后愿意从事护理专业的学生人数从35.2%增加到65.3%,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论临床护理专业情感教育对学生坚定护理职业信念有重大意义,不断加强对学生的护理专业情感教育和人格教育,对促进护理队伍持续稳定发展有积极作用。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the relationship between clinical nursing emotional education and career beliefs of nursing students,in order to take countermeasures to promote sustainable and steady development for nursing team. Methods The nursing students graduated from 2006 to 2007 were considered as the control group,who received the traditional teaching method. The nursing students graduated from 2008 to 2009 were considered as the experimental group,and the teachers changed the traditional teaching concept and strengthened psychological support in their teaching. A self-designed questionnaire survey on the students' career beliefs was conducted in the students of the two groups, and the career beliefs of the two groups were compared. Results The score of career beliefs in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Only 35.2% students in the control group were willing to engage in nursing work,and 65.3% in the experimental group(P〈0.01), career beliefs of the nursing students were correlated with their clinical emotional education. Conclusion Clinical nursing emotional education for nursing students is of great significance in their career beliefs. Character education and emotional education should be continuously strengthened in the nursing students to promote sustainable and steady development of nursing team.
