| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑循环功能治疗仪对脑梗死患者的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分及颅内血流的影响.方法 将120例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用脑循环功能治疗仪治疗,每日1次,每10天为1个疗程;观察两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及TCD检查情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为88.33%,对照组总有效率为55.73%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组和对照组患者神经功能缺损评分均有改善,但治疗组改善更明显,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001); TCD检查提示治疗组治疗后颅内血流速度明显提高,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 脑循环功能治疗仪对脑梗死患者治疗有效,可改善脑循环,促进患者神经功能的康复.
