双固定钛锚钉联合克氏针固定治疗锤状指

目的：探讨双固定钛锚钉（Twin-fix）联合克氏针固定治疗锤状指的临床疗效。方法2010年10月至2012年10月广州市第一人民医院采用Twin-fix结合克氏针固定术治疗28例锤状指患者，末次随访时采用Dargan功能评定法进行评定。结果28例患者获得有效随访8～10个月（平均9个月）。末次随访时Dargan功能评分优10例、良15例、中2例、差1例，优良率89%（25/28）。结论采用Twin-fix结合克氏针固定治疗锤状指是一种简便、有效的方法。

Treatment of Twin-fix Ti suture anchor repair combined with Kirschner wire fixation for mallet fingers

Objective To evaluate clinical outcome of Twin-fix Ti suture anchor combined with Kirschner wire fixation for the treatment of mallet fingers. Methods From October 2010 to October 2012, 28 patients with mallet fingers were treated by Twin-fix Ti suture anchor combined with Kirschner wire fixation in Guangzhou First People＆#39;s Hospital. Dargan function evaluation was used to access clinical efficacy at the last follow-up. Results All patients received the follow-up with the average time of 9 months （8-10 months）. According to Dargan functional assessment system, there were excellent in 10 cases, good in 15 cases, fair in 2 cases and poor in 1 case, with the excellent and good rate of 89% （25/28） at the final follow-up. Conclusion Twin-fix Ti suture anchor combined with Kirschner wire fixation is a relative simple and effective method for patients with mallet fingers.
