V型斜视的手术治疗

目的　探讨V型斜视的手术方法及疗效。方法　81例V型斜视手术治疗患者，按术式分为3组水平直肌垂直移位组(Ⅰ组)67例，下斜肌截腱或鞘内断腱组(Ⅱ组)16例，水平肌部分断腱＋对抗肌垂直移位组(Ⅲ组)8例。结果　Ⅰ组中V型内斜视术前上、下方斜视角差为30.6

Surgical treatment of Vpatterns

Objective To study the surgical treatment methods and the effectsof V patterns. Methods The 81 cases were fallen into three groups in accordance with methods of operation. ① The insertions of horizontal rectus were displaced vertically. ② The myectomy or myotenotomy within the sheeth of inferior oblique muscle were performed, ③ The marginal myotomy of horizontal rectus combined with the antagonist displaced vertically. Results The three methods of operation were all effective. Conclusions The results in 3 groups are quite favorable, not only to align the eyes, but also restore binocular vision.
