| 摘 要： | [目的]初步了解郑州市居民的健康素养水平,探索影响居民健康素养的主要因素,为今后的健康教育和健康促进工作提供科学依据。[方法]采用多阶段随机整群抽样的方法共抽取研究对象518人,采用2008中国公民健康素养调查问卷对研究对象进行现场入户调查。[结果]研究对象健康素养的总体水平较低,健康素养内容的平均知晓率为59.2%,健康素养的具备率为1.2%;在健康素养3方面中,具备健康生活方式与行为素养的比例最低,占2.1%;在5类健康问题中,具备慢性病预防素养的比例最低,占0.2%;影响该人群健康素养的主要因素为文化程度和平均月收入。[结论]研究对象的健康素养水平低于国家的整体水平(6.48%),今后急需在该人群中开展并加强健康教育和健康促进工作。
