| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨乳腺恶性叶状肿瘤的临床特点、治疗及预后。方法]对我院在2000年1月-2007年1月收治的20例乳腺恶性叶状肿瘤临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果]20例患者均选择手术治疗,象限切除6例,乳房单纯切除14例。全组共4例发生局部复发,局部复发率20,无远处转移。结论]手术治疗是乳腺恶性叶状肿瘤主要治疗方式,确诊以术后石蜡病检结果为准。因患者术后局部复发率较高,且有一定的远处转移几率,故术后需密切随访。该病整体预后较好。
