摘    要:[目的]探讨两种白酒对小鼠醉酒表现、海马乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase,AchE)活性、纹状体多巴胺(dopamine,DA)和5羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)含量的影响。[方法]采用48.0%乙醇溶液作为对照组,观察记录两个不同品种白酒对BALB/c小鼠醉酒时间和酒醒时间的影响,比较醉酒时间差异,计算醉酒度百分比。测定对照组、正常组和酒样组小鼠海马AchE活性和纹状体DA、5HT的含量。[结果]两个不同品种的白酒醉酒时间有统计学差异(P﹤0.01),醉酒度百分比分别为145.8%和251.6%。后者醉酒度较低,且小鼠纹状体DA、5-HT含量低(P﹤0.01),海马AchE活性高(P﹤0.05)。[结论]醉酒度低的白酒对海马AchE活性和纹状体DA、5-HT含量的影响较小。
